MELBOURNE IRISH FESTIVAL 2020 CANCELLED
It is with regret that we, the Melbourne Irish Festival Committee announce that the 2020 Melbourne Irish Festival, due to be held at Edinburgh Gardens on Sunday 15th of March (12 -5pm) has been cancelled.
This decision was made in light of the growing concerns over the coronavirus. The health and safety of the public is our primary concern at this moment.
We apologise for the late nature of this announcement, but the escalating nature of the situation determined this. The committee has put in a lot of time and effort into the organising of this year’s event.
We would like to thank Emerald Travel and all our sponsors, Yarra council, the Irish Embassy, the artists, entertainers, workers, volunteers and general public for their efforts and support. We hope to see you all next year in good health and happy times.
